Do you provide a meet and greet service at airports?

Yes, please request this service when booking.

Will you call the client when you arrive at the pickup point?

Yes, we will contact the client using the contact details taken during the booking process.

What is involved in ST&T’s meet and greet service?

Our meet and greet service is when our uniformed chauffeur meets you inside the airport with a sign and assists you with your luggage to our car.

For international and domestic flights our driver will meet and greet you in the arrival hall after customs and luggage reclaim.

Do you permit smoking in your vehicles?

No.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we allow pets but please be aware that all pets must be in pet carriers at all times during your journey.

If I leave something in one of your cars how can I get it back?

When leaving the car please ensure that you have all of your personal belongings. If you realise that you have lost or forgotten any personal items you can pick them up or we can deliver your items at your desired location for a charge. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Can I charge my phone in the car?

Yes.

Will my driver carry my luggage?
